HIED PhD student Yousef Abraham was awarded a 2021 DCEPS Dissertation Fellowship. Yousef’s dissertation research will draw on integrating large-scale national datasets that will allow him to analyze social mobility and college attainment by neighborhood, college, parental income level, gender, and race – specifically for Black male high school students who have taken one or more dual enrollment courses. He is supported by his advisor, Dr. Chris Glass. Congratulations Yousef!
