5th Global Summit on Student Affairs and Services

IASAS and the Canadian Association for College and University Student Affairs and Services (CACUSS) are collaborating to host the 5th Global Summit on Student Affairs and Services. This summit will bring together leaders in Student Affairs from across the globe to engage in dialogue on key issues in Student Affairs and Higher Education. It is a platform for critical discussion and deepening our community of practice that spans the globe, within an international framework and local relevance.
The previous Global Summits were held in Washington (2012), Rome (2014), Cape Town (2016) and last year in Santiago (2018). The international community of Student Affairs and Services is excited about the 2020 Global Summit to be held at the University of Toronto hosted by CACUSS and IASAS.
Jennifer Hamilton, Executive Director of CACUSS, and David Newman, IASAS Regional Director for North and Central America and the Caribbean, are both very excited about hosting the 2020 Global Summit. “It is an honour to host this event,” says Jennifer Hamilton. “The 2020 event is a global platform to advance the role of Student Affairs and to highlight the critical contributions that Student Affairs makes to the success of Higher Education” adds David Newman.
