Congratulations, Dr. Shiokawa!

Mitsue Shiokawa successfully defended her dissertation today! The dissertation was entitled, “Globalization, Culture, and Online Learning: Exploring the Sociocultural Perspectives of Indian Students Participating in U.S.-based Online Courses.”

Dr. Chris R. Glass was the dissertation committee chair. Dr. Angélica Jiménez Huízar and Dr. Alan “Woody” Schwitzer were committee members.
