Supporting students as they navigate their academic and career journeys, particularly within STEM and technical fields, is deeply meaningful to him. His work in higher education, from international student services to enrollment management and advising, has consistently centered on access, equity, and student success.
As a Fulbright Scholar and higher education professional and being a first-gen, he is especially passionate about helping diverse and first-generation students translate their ambitions into achievable plans.
He is grateful to be part of the NOVA community and looking forward to contributing, learning, and growing alongside incredible colleagues.
