The Monarchs Leadership Conference took place on February 13th, 2026. The conference provided opportunities to highlight students’ experiences gained in hands-on leadership practice at ODU.
We had three of our current students present. Congratulations to them!

- Drew Ferebee (MS.Ed. student) presented with Celeste Kelly on Leading Out Loud – Building Authentic Relationship Together
- Ozioko Onyinye Mary (Ph.D. student) presented on Campus to Career: Advancing Women’s Leadership through Collaboration and Inclusion
