Stanford Summer Session
Position: House Director (HD)
Contract Dates: June 7, 2026 – August 16, 2026 (in-person) with virtual work May 26, 2026 – June 6, 2026. The contract dates are firm.
Description: House Directors (HDs) are the senior-most live-in staff who oversee the daily operations of Stanford campus residence halls, including supervising undergraduate Summer Resident Assistants, supporting student life, designing programs to build community, adjudicating conduct cases, and participating in an on-call rotation. HDs work with a residence hall population of undergraduate students or high achieving high school students. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about working in higher education, student affairs, residence life, or pre-collegiate programs.
Compensation: Housing, dining plan, competitive salary (details will be posted soon to our employment page.)
