Current Students – The ODU Alumni Association’s Black Alumni Chapter is the oldest alumni chapter at ODU and was founded in 1989. Staff from the ODU Alumni Association is working with leadership for the chapter to pinpoint a couple of student representatives to become a part of the chapter. Meetings for the chapter are held monthly. Opportunities with networking, philanthropy and engagement will be offered for student representatives. In the spirit of Homecoming traditions, come and renew old friendships with NPHC Fraternities and Sororities and reconnect with fellow Black Monarchs.

Annual ODU BAC Brunch with
President Brian O. Hemphill, PhD
As we approach our destination, we cordially invite you to join the Black Alumni Chapter for a morning of connection, engagement, and celebration at the BAC Brunch with President Hemphill. The event will feature a buffet, beverages, and networking opportunities.

Location: Webb Center – North Cafe
Cost: $50/person
Ticket includes a $10 donation to the Ronald L. Horne Scholarship Fund, buffet, mimosa toast and alumni gift.
