As soon as Isaiah Lucas graduated with his MS.Ed., he took on his first professional job as a Residence Hall Director at Norfolk State University. Since then, he’s moved around the region, most recently serving as Director of Student Life at Richard Bland College.
On July 25th, Isaiah will be coming back to Norfolk State as the Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life, in a true full-circle moment! It is his hope to help transform the on-campus living experience and help position Norfolk State as a premier HBCU for student housing and engagement.
