About Our Conference
The 2025 SACSA Conference with NASPA Region III will be held November 1-3 in the vibrant and historic city of Louisville, KY. As we celebrate our 75th conference, our theme, Shining Bright: 75 Years of Brilliance, Reflection and Strength, honors our rich history as an association while looking ahead towards a bold future. This milestone gathering will bring together professionals dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and the continued empowerment of our students, colleagues, and communities.

Conference Location

Call for Programs!
We invite faculty, practitioners, and graduate students to submit session proposals that support our shared commitment to shine bright by reflecting on our past, embracing our present, and strengthening our future.
Programs can be aimed at higher education administrators and innovators as they share cutting-edge ideas and practices that have shaped their institutions. The sessions can highlight successful pedagogical approaches, integration of technology, and strategies for enhancing student engagement and success and more!
Conference proposals are due by July 1, 2025, and poster proposals are due by July 15, 2025.
