The Scholars & Fellows Programs team at The Johns Hopkins University is looking to hire two Assistant Directors, who will also serve as program directors for either the Cummings Scholars (https://lnkd.in/e-RaYxM4) or the Kessler Scholars (https://lnkd.in/e8dHyWiH) . Both positions require the ability to design and execute programs independently and with a team, build connections across campus (including with faculty), and support the scholarly development of First-Generation and Limited Income (FLI) college students. I’m open to a range of professional and academic backgrounds, but bonus points to those with academic backgrounds in the social sciences or STEM who can support fellowship advising in those areas.
Note the target salary for these roles is $73K.
