Dr. Dennis Gregory has been selected as a member of the inaugural cohort of ASCA’s Legacy of Excellence recognition and awards program.
The Legacy of Excellence program is an initiative of the Raymond H. Goldstone ASCA Foundation. Legacy honors are given to Dr. Gregory by the Foundation Board in recognition of his many years of outstanding service to the student conduct profession. In case this is new for you, ASCA is a non-profit association that serves as the professional home for student conduct and student affairs professionals. We place students at the center of our work, serving the field through exceptional professional development, and advocacy for inclusive and equitable practices and communities.
The Legacy of Excellence recognition is one of ASCA’s highest honors. The Legacy of Excellence pays tribute to a select group of people who have served as leaders, teachers, mentors and scholars in the student conduct profession. Each individual is nominated and supported by colleagues, friends, former students and others who find him to be deserving of this honor.
Combined gifts from multiple individuals totaling at least $1500 are made in the nominee’s honor to support the Goldstone ASCA Foundation in providing resources to develop the next generation of leaders in our field. Your contribution honoring Dr. Gregory as a Legacy of Excellence is an important part of the Legacy program. Each Legacy receives a list of those who gave in their honor – they are often moved to see the long list of friends, family, and colleagues who have helped celebrate their nomination. Seven (7) Legacies will be honored this year and you are welcome to donate to more than Legacy. Given the scope of contributions made by Legacies, you may receive notes from other Legacies as well. Please make a tax-deductible donation todayonline.
Dr. Gregory will be recognized as a Legacy of Excellence during the ASCA’s Annual Conference in February 2025. If you would like to send a note to Dr. Gregory along with your donation, the message will be sent to him with their award. You can email your note to Tess Barker at tess@theasca.org.
We hope you will join us in recognizing Dr. Gregory’s professional accomplishments and contributions to ASCA with a donation. Your gift ensures continued excellence in the student conduct profession.
