Abstract Submission
We are thrilled to announce the calling for abstracts of the 2nd Graduate Student Government Association (GSGA) Annual Research Conference is still open! Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, this year’s conference promises to be even more dynamic and enriching, offering graduate students the opportunity to showcase their remarkable research and scholarship.
The GSGA Research Conference will take place on Friday, April 11th, serving as the exciting finale to this year’s GRAD Week (April 7th–11th).

This conference is a celebration of the diversity and academic excellence within our graduate community at ODU. It will feature thought-provoking presentations, interactive sessions, and exciting networking opportunities, all designed to highlight the talents and achievements of our graduate students.
Call for Abstracts
We invite graduate students from all disciplines to submit their research abstracts for consideration. This is your chance to present your work to the broader campus community and contribute to the vibrant scholarly dialogue at ODU. Abstracts must be submitted no later than midnight on February 16, 2025, using this submission link.
Submission Guidelines:
- Click “submit event” and log into the Digital Commons account.
- Review the submission agreement.
- Include your name, any co-authors, project title, and a 500-word (maximum) abstract.
