Melissa Scott, a candidate for the PhD in Education (Higher Education), successfully defended her dissertation today. The title of dissertation was “Competing in the Stress Olympics: Mid-level Managers and Their Experiences of Work Stress as Impacted by Their Supervisor and Organizational Climate”. Dr. Felecia Commodore, Dr. David F. Ayers, and Dr. Kim E. Bullington served on the committee, with the former two serving as co-chairs.
