Bill Nuckols (Ph.D. ’16) was recently featured on ODUGlobal’s website in a video on state licensure. It provides information on state regulations, certifications, and requirements for providing distance education across state lines, particularly for programs that require state certifications/licensure. Bill is currently the Director of Authorization, Policy, and Research for ODUGlobal in the Division of Digital Transformation and Technology (formerly known as ODUOnline/TELETECHNET).
