Stephanie Fahey recently published an article with Nettie Freshour titled From Burnt Out to BRIGHT: Tools to Aid in Revitalization in Work Life in Academic Advising Today, the quarterly electronic publication of the National Academic Advising Association NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising. The article presents B.R.I.G.H.T. as a tool for advisors to use when facing burnout in their roles to help shift their mindsets and find revitalization in work life.
