Announcement: New Episode of The Outsider Within Podcast

Have you listened to The Outsider Within? A podcast for outside voices in critical spaces. We are kicking of the semester with a thought-provoking conversation with Dr. Mikel Cole who has done truly amazing work involving the literacies of and with immigrants both at the border and currently detained. Educators today are asked to navigate a complex array of issues. In each podcast episode of The Outsider Within, we will explore topics such as Critical Race Theory and Inclusive education practices for BIPOC individuals, challenged books, and creating safe spaces for those identifying as LGBTQIA+.
