Job Opportunity: Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Master’s Level Graduate Assistantship, Old Dominion University 

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment is looking for a master’s level Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) for the Fall 2023 semester, with the option of continuing. This position will support IEA’s assessment and institutional effectiveness processes and will involve assisting in the management of student exit surveys and respondents’ data, providing survey platform support, participating in institutional applied research projects, and supporting institutional assessment through ongoing Qualtrics support. This is a unique opportunity working with a diverse array of clients and offers a hybridized experience in assessment and analytics. The selected GRA will cultivate their skills in customer service, survey development and administration, coding, data analysis and visualization, and storytelling.
