The Office of Leadership & Learning at Old Dominion University is seeking qualified applicants for its Assistant Director for Living-Learning Communities. This person advances the mission of the Office of Leadership & Learning to support the development of civically engaged leaders through living-learning communities, service-learning and civic engagement, and leadership development programs. The Assistant Director assumes responsibility for the marketing, development, enhancement, implementation, and assessment of the overall program for Living-Learning and Theme Communities (LLC/TCs). This individual supervises undergraduate and graduate student staff and plays a critical role in collaborating with teaching faculty, Housing & Residence Life staff, and department and campus colleagues to enhance and develop living-learning communities which integrate the living and formal classroom environment.
