Dr. Kia Hardy, CCL Ph.D. ’19, is the lead author of the article, Preparing to Fill the Leadership Gap: The Challenges Facing Women Leaders in Mid-Level Positions at Urban Community Colleges, recently published in the Journal of Women in Educational Leadership: https://digitalcommons.unl.edu/jwel/278/ Dr. Hardy is the Dean of Advising/Dean of the Virginia Beach Campus for Tidewater Community College.
