The dissertation was titled, “CREATING A CULTURE OF INFORMAL MENTORING AT COMMUNITY COLLEGES: A GROUNDED THEORY STUDY ON THE CONDITIONS THAT HELP AND HINDER RELATIONSHIP BUILDING.” Dr. Glass was the dissertation committee chair.
