Erin just finished her Masters at ODU this past year while teaching at Peninsula Catholic. She has just recently and without much physical warnings has been diagnosed with a Stage 3 aggressive anaplastic oligodendroglioma brain tumor, that as of right now is inoperable due to location and size.
She is hoping radiation and chemo will allow the tumor to shrink small enough to surgery, but this tumor is a very fast growing kind. She is loved by her students and friends. She is a bright light in all of our lives and we hope to ease the financial burden while she is fighting this fight.
