Rodin Ndandula (HIED PHD) successfully defended his dissertation today! The dissertation was titled, “A PHENOMENOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENCES OF FACULTY WHO HAVE LED A SHORT-TERM EDUCATION ABROAD PROGRAM.” Dr. David Ayers was the dissertation committee chair. Dr. Chris Glass and Dr. Kim Bullington were committee members.
