Matthew S. McGraw, Ph.D, Associate Vice President of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College and a CCL alum, has won a prestigious Fulbright Community College Administrators Seminar Award. He will travel to Russia in April to learn about the Russian higher education system and present on American community colleges.
