The deadline to RSVP to the Graduate Research Colloquium (GRC) as an attendee or a presenter has been extended through this Sunday, October 27! The GRC is an excellent venue for students at all stages in their program who are completing research projects to get experience presenting their work via a poster presentation or a paper presentation. You may share anything from course papers, to research projects, to conference presentations, to dissertation work. Students in more advanced stages of their doctoral program are encouraged to submit paper presentation proposals. All projects submitted to the GRC are accepted for presentation at the GRC! This event is designed both to showcase the excellent student research happening within the Department of Educational Foundations and Leadership as well as provide a developmental space for student scholarship.
This year’s GRC will be held November 7, 2019 from 6:30-9pm in the Education Building Multipurpose Room. Please consider contributing a current project you are working on to the GRC, or attending to support your fellow students and to gain inspiration for your own future work. You may RSVP as an attendee or a presenter here.
This event will be fully accessible for distance students to participate as both attendees and presenters (of posters and/or papers). If you have questions about proposing your research, accessibility, or anything else related to this event, please contact Dr. Laura Smithers at lsmither@odu.edu.
