Rappahannock Community College is searching for a Coordinator of Student Success. Reporting to the Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management, the Coordinator provides leadership for a comprehensive program of one-door onboarding, academic advising and retention at RCC as part of a college-wide initiative focused on student recruitment, retention, engagement, and completion of degrees, certificates and credentials. Areas of responsibility include providing supervision, leadership, and access to professional development for college navigators and working in tandem with other supervisors of high school and home school navigators to support the student’s academic journey.
