Kia L. Hardy successfully defended her dissertation on June 13, 2019, The title of her dissertation is The Challenges Facing Women Leaders in Mid-Level Positions at Urban Community Colleges. Dr. Hardy’s dissertation committee included Dr. Mitchell Williams, Chair, Dr. Felecia Commodore, and Dr. Kim Sibson.
Dr. Hardy received the 2019 Dissertation of the Year Award for the Doctoral Program in Community College Leadership.
