Randolph-Macon College is hiring for two positions: Assistant Director of Student Life and Director of Student Life.

Randolph-Macon College, a private, co-educational liberal arts institution invites applications for the Assistant Director of Student Life position to join the Student Life Team. The Assistant Director of Student Life will serve as a key student affairs generalist in the Office of Student Life. This individual will work in all areas of student involvement including campus activities, fraternity and sorority life, student organization services, and community service. The Assistant Director will also organize and implement programs and activities in the Office of Student Life with an emphasis on student involvement and student engagement. The Assistant Director provides leadership, mentoring and peer educational opportunities for all students. Moreover, the Assistant Director will serve as a Student Conduct Officer and Investigator. This is a 12-month, live onsite position with on-call responsibilities. Randolph-Macon College invites applications for the Director of Student Life. This individual is responsible for developing vigorous and engaging student life opportunities including, but not limited to campus activities, student organization services, fraternity and sorority life, service learning, and experiential programs in support of the College’s strategic plan to create new, as well as improve and enhance current co-curricular programs and to provide students with ownership of their co-curricular experiences.   The Director of Student Life will develop and assist with programs that integrate co-curricular experiences with outcomes. The Director will be a student affairs generalist with a passion for service and student engagement. Additionally, the Director of Student Life will supervise the Assistant Director of Student Life and promote innovative modalities of student engagement in the life of the college.
