The program provides interested master’s students with the opportunity to gain professional experience, network with scholars in the field of higher education, and learn essential research skills related to equity and leadership in higher education.
Interns will receive generous benefits including on-campus housing at Rutgers University, a $1,500 stipend, faculty mentoring, and the opportunity to gain administrative experience.
